Since its inception in 2017 Aequiti has led with a great product and skilled channel management. While both capabilities have secured platform’s market position, a superior customer experience was needed to sustain its leadership in rapidly evolving crypto-finance.

APPROACH

Aequiti collaborated with its M-One Studio team to design an approach that would seamlessly integrate its venture and digital strategy with a customer-centric framework to deliver accessible and frictionless social-crypto trading platform.

SOLUTION

The M-One Studio team developed a new design framework, including mobile trading solution to extend Aequiti’s value proposition and demographic impact.

The intuitive, secure trustless app helps traders and investors manage their money – from checking their balance to rebalancing and transactions. The new design is fully driven by user needs, equipping customers with easy-to-use tools to help them integrate the process of achieving their goals with the platform’s full portfolio of offerings.

I don't know how I would cope without this app; it's great if you regularly rebalance your account because it puts you in control.

Behind the scenes, the customer experience is managed with advanced analytics to keep platform managers aware of the types of behavior that deliver high customer satisfaction.
